1. Who we are

WARDROBE AI ("we", "the app") is an AI-powered personal styling service. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are. Contact: durasset@durasset-home.com.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data — email, name, username, password (stored as a secure hash).
  • Profile data you choose to provide — body measurements, sizes, style, color and brand preferences, budget, location (city/country) for weather-based suggestions.
  • Photos — profile photos and clothing photos you upload, plus AI-generated try-on images. Stored with a specialist media hosting provider.
  • Wardrobe & activity data — clothing items, outfits, wishlists, calendar entries, chat messages with the AI stylist.
  • Payment data — handled entirely by our payment processor; we never see or store card numbers. We keep only your subscription status and a customer reference. Subscriptions bought in a mobile app store are handled by that store.

3. How we use your data

  • To provide the service: organizing your wardrobe, generating outfits and try-on images, personalized recommendations.
  • AI processing — your photos and wardrobe data are sent to specialist artificial-intelligence providers (for styling and for virtual try-on) solely to generate results for you. They are not used to train their models.
  • Weather-based suggestions use your city with a weather data service.
  • Transactional emails (subscription confirmations, password resets) are sent through an email delivery provider.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not show third-party advertising.

4. Staff access to uploaded content

Designated staff may access content you upload, only for content moderation, safety, legal obligations, or support you have asked for. You can delete individual photos or your account at any time.

Private try-on (lingerie and swimwear)

The private try-on lets you see lingerie and swimwear on your own photo. It is only available to adults (18+) and only after your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

  • These photos and results are not public. They are stored in an access-restricted area of our image storage, with no public link, and in the app they are shown only to your signed-in account.
  • They are never published (not in the feed, friends, chats or notifications), never sold and never disclosed to anyone. Only a designated administrator may access them, solely for safety, legal obligations or at your request; every access is recorded.
  • To generate a try-on, your photo is sent encrypted (HTTPS) to our virtual try-on provider through a link that expires within 10 minutes, only for this purpose and under its data-processing terms. We don't use these photos to train AI models.
  • You can delete any photo or result at any time. Withdrawing consent deletes all of them, including from storage, and they are also deleted automatically when you delete your account.
  • To be transparent: how long a provider keeps data on its own systems is governed by its policies, not by us, and screenshots taken on your device are outside our control.

5. Push notifications and device identifier

The app collects a device identifier (FCM token) solely to deliver push notifications. The token is deleted when you sign out. You can turn notifications off at any time in Profile → Settings.

6. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your data to perform our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b)), with your consent for optional features like photos and location (Art. 6(1)(a)), and for our legitimate interest in securing and improving the service (Art. 6(1)(f)).

7. Retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account: this permanently removes your profile, photos, wardrobe, outfits and cancels any active subscription. Payment records may be retained where required by tax law.

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction, export or erasure of your data at any time at durasset@durasset-home.com. EU users may lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.

9. Categories of processors

We use processors in these categories: payments, media hosting, artificial intelligence (styling and virtual try-on), email delivery, weather data, push notifications, and subscription management in mobile app stores. Each processes data under their own privacy terms and our instructions. On request, we will send you the current list of named processors at the contact address above.

10. Children

WARDROBE AI is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes

We will notify you of material changes to this policy in the app or by email.
